ballet pullover

Here it is - the newest project taking it's place in the knitting queue. The ballet pullover from the summer 2004 issue of interweave knits. I saw this issue in the store the other week and after thinking it over I decided to go back and pick up the magazine. Much to my dismay they had already stocked the fall issue! Luckily they sell back issues on their website.
The fun part will be choosing what yarn I'll use!
I think I'd like to stick with a light pink like the one shown in the picture.
They used Plymouth Napa yarn - I'll see if I can find it or something comparable.

But isn't it lovely?

Whilst anxiously awaiting my sweater pattern's arrival, I worked on the PBS tonight.
It was quite the change from working with the puffier bouclé yarn. Even mum noticed that I was knitting slower than usual. Slow and steady wins the race.

Since my eyes are crossed with exhaustion and concentration on kidsilk threads, figuring out how to add links to my sidebar shall have to wait.

I've been dreaming of yarn all day - it keeps my mind occupied during the down time.
A sweater pattern I recently saw has been haunting my thoughts for the past week, and I finally broke down and ordered it. I bet you can't wait to see it!! Once it arrives, that is.
